a fishy website

I created my original neocities site Jul 2nd, 2024 under the url bubslibarby.neocities.org (dont bother going, its empty). I used it for a while, but after a while of not updating it, I wanted to refresh the website completely under a new url, so I created this one!
I registered this site on Nov 16, 2024, but ive been working on this thing for a long while before that. My main reason for having a neocities is mostly just to have fun with html and css, but I also enjoy having this place as a kinda home base for any of my creations.
